Course Summary

(Replaces the Foundation Food Hygiene Certificate)
Training providers have identified a growing need to make learning more relevant to specific business environments in order to increase effectiveness. These new qualifications are required to address new National Occupational Standards reflecting Sector-specific needs. In response the CIEH Level 2 Awards have been designed to address the food safety needs of the retail, catering and manufacturing sectors.

Who Should Attend?

This one-day course introduces the principles of food safety to anyone working in catering, retail or manufacturing setting where food is prepared, cooked or handled.
